Aghor Panth: There is no one sect of Hinduism called Aghor Panth or Aghor Sampradaya. Aghor is a Marga, a path to reach God. So Who or What is Aghor? Who is an Aghori? Who is an Aughad? Different traditions have defined these 3 words in their own terms, but Fundamentally, an Aghori is a Tantric worships the Gods from the path of Aghor.
Tantric does not necessarily mean someone who practices the Shatkarmas, which the western world calls ‘Black Magic’. Every single person who worships the Goddess, Bhairav and Mahakal in a Tamasic manner or in the cremation grounds practices Tantra.
